Mission
Gipson Heart for Advocacy and Human Services, LLC advocates for your loved ones to ensure that their rights, needs, and desires are valued and protected while feeling safe in their own homes. We even attend personal meetings and offer assistance pertaining to the unique needs of each client. Our belief is that protecting their rights and living a peaceful life is a priority.

Objectives:
This is how we meet the following objectives (with a signed release of information form):
Support Broker services to assist each individual client with choice and control over how their services are to be provided and who will provide services.
We will provide each client or family with advocacy assistance and attend annual person centered planning meetings and other types of team meetings per client request.
Contact day, home, and community based programs to monitor the progress and needs of our client.
Your loved one will receive visits at their day and home programs during specified intervals to assess their needs, health and safety (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually).
Review and monitor client files as needed to verify updated health, safety and medical care.
Discussions around service satisfaction, preferences, and needs with the individual, family, and staff working with the individual.
Follow up calls or emails to address possible issues or concerns.
Provide update reports via email, phone , or video platforms to representatives such as parents, sibling, trustees, and other individuals.
As a Mandated Reporter any suspicion of abuse and neglect will be reported to the proper authorities for protection of each individual.
