Mrs. Gipson Graduated from the University of Florida in 1993 with a B.S. degree is Health Science Education and will complete an associate degree in Business in Spring 2021 from Montgomery College. Karen Gipson currently works full time for Montgomery County Health and Human Services. In addition, Mrs. Gipson provides consultation services in the form of advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities. Mrs. Gipson has worked in human services providing advocacy and case management services in the field since 1994.

Mr. Deion Gipson Sr. Graduated from The University of Phoenix with a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice Administration. He is a retired United States NAVY veteran. Deion also works for the United States Department of Homeland Security as a program manager where he plans and coordinates a series of regional conferences around the country to generate discussions regarding challenging cross-sector issues our Nation faces today. Mr. Gipson is also responsible for collaborating with the events featured prominent speakers from both private and public backgrounds. Additional Department of Homeland Security responsibilities include the monitoring and management performance of Argonne National Laboratories Contract and employees, ensuring and maintaining billing compliance.

Mrs. Hampton graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and a Master of Arts degree in Professional Development from Amberton University, Garland, TX. Mrs. Hampton has worked in Education for 13 years and currently serves as a Social Service Coordinator for Title I Schools. Mrs. Hampton has experience serving diverse populations and providing targeted case management for students and families. She serves on the school leadership team providing advice on improving human services, developing school improvement plans, facilitating informational parent workshops, collaborating with community agencies to provide coaching and support for Title I schools, evaluating academic learning goals, and accessing community services that promote social wellness.
